This project is now on site and has been cross subsidised by Persimmon Homes. The scheme has evolved over several years in response to changes in funding regimes, community requirements and impact of various demolition programmes. Bower Mattin originally carried out extensive community consultation which included an interactive exhibition and the use of a Design Game Model.
