Working with the farmer, Cheshire County Council, Macclesfield Borough Council and Defra, Bower Mattin are proposing the first country park in Wilmslow for over 100 years.

It will involve sustainable drainage, measures to increase bio-diversity and to improve access to the country -side. The Visitor Centre will use technology to generate up to 80% of its heat and power. The proposal will embrace Defra’s Higher Environmental Stewardship Scheme.
