Bower Mattin were commissioned to use a crystal ball envisaging a new city for 2050.

This project involved research into emerging technology, emerging transport systems, demographic projections and building procurement. Solutions involving Ziggerat blocks linked to high level areas of park, shopping, employment, leisure and education was serviced by airborne personal transport of which there are currently 147 world wide patents. Blocks included high level multi-storey car parking, high speed lifts and moving pavements. Buildings were envisaged to be able to be self generating in power and heating.
