Worthington Group, Macclesfield

A new office and paper factory to urgently replace burnt down former accommodation in a reduced programme period. Procured by a guaranteed maximum price contract to enable the minimum programme period by allowing early stage negotiations and package release to the contractor. Bower Mattin acted as architects and contract administrators to deliver a 2.6m pounds building in six months.
