In most regeneration schemes we use a bottom-up approach rather than try to impose unsustainable solutions on a reluctant community.

Our consultation methods are a key to this approach. There is always an attempt to balance community aspirations with economic reality.

This is combined with option appraisals and predictive techniques to examine the impact of regeneration decisions over at least the next 30 years.
