Underlying our designs are our
commitment to a proper understanding of client and stakeholder aims and
their translation into creative, sustainable, and cost effective
solutions.
Although our core skill is in the design and project management of
individual buildings, we have increasing experience of master planning,
urban design and regeneration work. The inclusion of stakeholders is
encouraged and actively measured through design games, exhibitions and "planning for real" exercises; particularly in urban regeneration. Bower
Mattin have been at the forefront of these techniques for 15 years. It
has advanced skills in sustainable design and off site manufacturing.
Bower Mattin works across a broad range of sectors and is organised to
respond to the demands of each project.
Quality procedures operate across all aspects of the practice.
Bower Mattin are ISO9001 and ISO14001 accredited. It is also accredited
to Constructionline and are in the process of seeking an
Investors in People award.
Beyond procedures, Bower Mattin relies on employing people of high
