The refurbishment and regeneration of this Radburn layout consisted of three primary phases to achieve curtilage car parking together with the removal of concrete panels on steel framed houses, while the residents were still in occupation. This was achieved over an eight year programme with the architects and residents association working closely together following a detailed consultation process.
